At The Computer Guys, we are inspired by and grateful for the way our customers look to us for innovative and real solutions to their business needs, to establish progressive ideas, and to stay connected to whatever they consider significant. We submit ourselves to a long-term mission of assisting our customers in realizing their full potential. Just as we regularly refresh and improve our products, we cultivate progression in our company that we will always be in the best position to advance new technologies and provide the exemplary service to our customers.

We believe in 3 principles:

Integrity
The Computer Guys believes that when a customer is treated with respect, we gain trust; therefore establishing excellent rapport with our customers is valuable to us. We do this through providing timely and honest solutions. Being truthful and open-minded toward their needs and providing straightforward results, leaves us feeling honored to have provided real solutions, and the client’s business benefits as well. We cultivate integrity within the nature of every individual, our company, and its team members that it will endure no matter what.

Excellence
With a vision to cut customer costs, we implement superior IT services and products at an affordable price. We do everything in our power to meet our obligations regardless of the circumstances. With the combination of high-quality resources and expertise, we strive to be an excellent IT management service provider, helping our customers achieve a greater return of investment. We believe if our customers are satisfied and successful, The Computer Guys has attained its greatest purpose in this business.

Community Involvement
We believe to be totally complete and successful in business, we also need to support our community. Through this deed, we are sharing our blessings to the less fortunate. 10% of our profit is given to charity.

We actively participate in local events such as Ridgeland, Mississippi’s Truck or Treat. Here the whole family can gather annually for carnival games, hayrides, face painting, and lots of treats. Volunteers decorate and fill the trunks of their vehicles with candy and prizes then children go trick-or-treating from one vehicle to another. This fun event is provided to the community’s children for free.

We support and participate in the TOPSOCCER program where young athletes with mental or physical disabilities learn and play soccer. This inclusive activity promotes self-esteem and an energetic lifestyle both to children with disabilities and their peers.

We supported victims of Mississippi tornadoes in the spring of 2011. Our financial contributions went directly to a pastor and his family whose home and church were devastated in one of those tornadoes.

We are pleased and delighted for the opportunity to help other people. This is not said to brag, rather to remain accountable to our customers. Through seeking our IT services and purchasing our products, you become part of our generous acts here at THE COMPUTER GUYS.
